Where do you source replacement parts?

We source our supplies in Puerto Rico from trusted companies like Industrial & Marine Service. When we have to go off island, we usually start our search in Florida for suppliers, once acquired, we ship to Puerto Rico and begin our repairs once parts arrive.

How long does your repair service take?

We like to get on a job as soon as possible and finish most clients within 7-10 days of your first contact. If we need to await parts or work around your sailing schedule, then that time-frame can be much longer. However, once we have your pertinent information which allows us to start and complete the job, such as, registration, insurance, location of the vessel, serial numbers of engines/generators or the specific part numbers, then the process moves swiftly.
